    • Food Safety First: Due to the nature of tea products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been delivered. Even if the package is unopened, we cannot accept it back into our inventory for resale.

    • Final Sale: All purchases of our Chocolate, Elaichi, Masala, Kesar, and Lemongrass Chai are considered final.

    2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    We want you to have the perfect cup of chai. If there is a problem with your order, we will make it right:

    • Damaged during transit: If your package arrives torn, crushed, or with a broken safety seal.

    • Incorrect Item: If we sent you the wrong flavor (e.g., you ordered Kesar but received Lemongrass).

    3. Refunds & Replacements

    • Once we verify the damage or error, we will either ship a fresh replacement to you immediately at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

    • Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to reflect in your bank account.

    4. Taste Preference

    We take great care in balancing our spices, from the richness of our Chocolate Chai to the zest of our Lemongrass. However, because taste is subjective, we do not offer refunds if you do not like the flavor profile of a specific tea.
